Silesia Business Park is a complex of four A-class office buildings with a total modern area of almost 49 000 sqm. It is located on the main road cutting through the centre of Katowice and close to the Silesia City Center shopping mall. Each building has 12 floors with panoramic view of the city and over 12,000 sqm of space. The buildings have a high standard of interior finishing and ecological solutions. The location enables efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transport. There are bus and tram stops nearby, and the Katowice Załęże railway station nearby. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the main railway station Katowice, about 5 minutes to the A4 motorway, about 30 minutes to the airport (Pyrzowice) and about 45 minutes to get to the airport in Krakow (Balice).
