Warsaw Trade Tower is one of the most recognisable and tallest office buildings in Warsaw. With 42 floors and a height of 208m as well as over 46.8k sqm of office space, the office tower is located on ul. Chłodna in Wola near the crossing with ul. Towarowa and al. Solidarności and also near the Rondo Daszyńskiego station on Warsaw’s second metro line. In April 2009, Globalworth, the leading office investor in the CEE region, added the property to its portfolio. The tenants have over 450 parking spaces at their disposal as well as attractive common areas, most of which have already been modernised.
